TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) apply to the entire business area of ​LE BOUC. The cooperative offers bike renting, organise tours and mountain bike holidays (hereinafter referred to as event). The terms and conditions can be changed by the cooperative at any time. In principle, the version of the General Terms and Conditions that is in force at the time the contract is concluded applies to customers. Unless the customer has agreed to a newer version of the General Terms and Conditions.

Conclusion of contract

The contract is concluded with the cooperative’s registration confirmation.

Prices

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) including any value added tax (VAT).

The cooperative reserves the right to change prices at any time. The prices on the cooperative’s website and price list valid at the time the contract is concluded apply.

Payment

The cooperative offers the customer the following payment options: invoice with payment to bank account, card payment and cash payment. The course fee must be paid by the start of the event. Otherwise participation will be refused.

Obligations of the cooperative

The customer is entitled to have the company provide the service offered.

Customer Obligations General

The Customer undertakes to take all precautions necessary for the Cooperative to provide the Service. In particular, he undertakes to arrive at the agreed location on time and provide correct personal information.

Insurance

Insurance is the responsibility of the customer. The cooperative recommends that every customer take out accident and health insurance as well as liability insurance for any damage caused to third parties during the booked event.

Cancellation by customers

The customer can cancel their participation by registered mail or email. The following costs apply:

up to 21 days at the latest: free of charge (refund of the amount paid) 7 to 20 days: 50 percent (half refund of the amount paid) 0 to 6 days and in the event of no-show: 100 percent (no refund)

The customer’s failure to appear or arrive late, as well as cancellation or interruption of an event that has already begun, does not constitute a claim for a refund.

Cancellation by the cooperative

The cooperative reserves the right to cancel the event – even at short notice – due to poor weather and natural conditions, official measures, force majeure or security reasons, etc. In this case, the entire amount paid will be refunded to the customer.

Changes to the program and cancellation of the event by the Cooperative The Cooperative reserves the right to change or cancel the event at any time, especially if there are reasons for cancellation in accordance with Section before. If the program is changed or an event that has already started is canceled, there will be no refund of the amount paid.

Liabilty

The customer takes part in the event at his own responsibility and risk. The Cooperative is only liable for gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Damage caused by assistants must be claimed directly against them. The Cooperative is not liable for personal injury or property damage caused by the customer.

Image material

The cooperative may use image and video material recorded by bike guides and participants on the day of the tour/course for its own purposes, in particular for print products, websites and image galleries. People may be recognizable in the images. The participant agrees to this without compensation.
